So I decided to get back into C# recently and I was writing an app in VS .NET when I realized, oh look, things like System.Management aren't valid and it wont compile my programs that use them (even though other things like SharpDevelop and the csc.exe will just fine) and I realized stupid VS.NET is using the 1.0 Framework.

Now, going through MS's website sucks MAJOR league. And I couldnt find any way of updating it to use the 1.1 Framework (which I have installed). Does ANYONE here know how to get Stupid VS.NET 2002 to see and work with the 1.1 Framework? It will be a cold day you know where before I shell out craploads of money to buy ANOTHER version of VS.NET just to support the next extensions.

Thank in advance (this is why I HATE MS languages).

Well, that fantastic, found a couple references around the web saying that VS.NET 2002 CANNOT compile 1.1 apps....fantastic....more money than I care to consider flushed down the toilet...

Yay microsoft....I really could not be happier.
