question regarding job title

Updating my resume and I'm at a roadblock.
I oversee the network/systems in addition I do the php coding for all our websites.
I DO NOT handle the css/html but here and there I create simple template. The main production sites are handled by our web designer.

So, for a title do I write "Network Administrator & Web Developer?"
Web developer sounds silly and I've seen my friends call themselves "Software Developer."
I always associate "Software Developer" as someone who writes C++ code among other code not related to the web.

hah agreement reads "Systems Administrator."
I dont care what that says, I do more than stare at blinky lights on my screen all day.
Obviously I want my resume to be more attractive to prospective employers. No way would I embellish and write down job functions that I do not perform but I do write code.
