Question regarding install into rackmount server chassis

I'm just wondering if most rackmount server chassis' allow the install of standard (workstation) type components without much hassle? I was looking at some of the Enermax models, and I'm becoming intrigued by the idea of just installing my personal rig in one of these rackmount baby's.
