Question regarding bathroom protoculs...

Whenever you need to relieve yourself of any fluids or solids, do you advertise it to folks around you?

The reason why I ask is because I'ves heard women don't, yet I know at least five women who do. They are not shy about it. They will be in the middle of a conversation and say something like "damn, I've got to go piss, hold on"

Excuse me, I have to use the restroom = stranger/chick you want to impress
I gotta take use the bathroom = casual acquaintance
I gotta piss = friend

well saying something like "Please excuse me, I'll be back shortly" is polite and expected if you have to excuse yourself for any reason. Saying something like "Man, I gotta take a huge sh!t; I think I've got a turtlehead pokin' out" might work around your friends, but I wouldn't try it around anyone you're not too familiar with 😛

Depends on who I'm around. I'm not going to say "would you excuse me for a moment, please?" when I'm at the bar with my buddies, and I'm not going to say "I gotta take a piss" during a lunch meeting 🙂
