Not by default, but that can be accomplished using tools available for free with WinXP Pro. You can use Windows Routing Services to forward packets between the to interfaces. Also, if the local driver supports sharing (99% do) you can just share the printer. In both cases, the system must be on with Windows started, but no user needs to be logged in if configured from an account with Administrator priviledges.
Either way, though, you are better off just expanding your port availability and attaching it to the network like a normal node of the topography.
