Question/Problem with Staples.com rebate

Hey, I have a question concerning this rebate I have from Staples.com. Here's the email I sent them on 7/5 (that I haven't gotten a reply from):

I got a postcard saying "A copy of the receipt was not included with your rebate submission". I ordered on-line (order # xxxx) but I don't know exactly what was the reciept so I printed "Staples Submitted Order.htm" and submitted that as the reciept. On your website it says I can get another copy of the reciept if I have the date of order and if I used a credit card. The order date is 6/2/2002 and yes, I used a credit card.

Just so I don't have to bother you guys again, once I get the new reciept do I just send it in with the postcard with no other documents? It notes only the reciept is missing.

I can't seem to find the email they sent me when I placed my order (is that the reciept?). What should I do now? Any suggestions? They've only given me some more days to send it back.

You can call their CSR line up - 'If' - and that's a big 'If' you get a nice CSR, they might let you fax it, or even better yet, just take your word for it and approve your rebate over the phone. They've done that for me before.

Goto StaplesRebates.com and look around for the phone number.
