Hey, I have a question concerning this rebate I have from Staples.com. Here's the email I sent them on 7/5 (that I haven't gotten a reply from):
I can't seem to find the email they sent me when I placed my order (is that the reciept?). What should I do now? Any suggestions? They've only given me some more days to send it back.

I got a postcard saying "A copy of the receipt was not included with your rebate submission". I ordered on-line (order # xxxx) but I don't know exactly what was the reciept so I printed "Staples Submitted Order.htm" and submitted that as the reciept. On your website it says I can get another copy of the reciept if I have the date of order and if I used a credit card. The order date is 6/2/2002 and yes, I used a credit card.
Just so I don't have to bother you guys again, once I get the new reciept do I just send it in with the postcard with no other documents? It notes only the reciept is missing.
