I know this isn't a hot deal, but can someone please tell me: Am I supposed to pricematch at staples.com before or after I buy the item from them? The form on their website asked for an order number, although the field was not required. Also, do they usually get back to you quickly? And do they call or email to get back to you? Because I left my home phone number but I won't be at home for awhile.

Edit: TW: I posted it because I needed an answer. I'd rather get an answer and get banned than not get an answer.

Edit 2: Hmm, sorry I didn't notice the How do I topic

I smell a lock coming ..
but anyway, you can do it either way. i would try to pricematch at staples.com, as i am checking out just so they don't charge extra to my credit card. as for how quick do they respond, i don't have an answer.

First you place your order then you request a price match, they usually get back to you within 24 business hours (give or take) and usually via e-mail.

So if I haven't ordered yet but I filled out that pricematch form online, I wonder if they will get back to me today, because I asked them to pricematch the 20% off deal at Dell that is today only. Maybe I should try to do it over the phone?

If you knew this wasn't a hot deal in the first place, then why did you post it? Always read the forum rules first before posting! And to answer your question, you can do both. You can pricematch when you make your purchase or after. You can do this @ B&M, online, or over the phone.
