decided to clean my pc from all the dust and i took off the heatsink and fan from my p4 3.0 cpu. Now do i have to reapply that thermal paste/tape in between the cpu and heatsink? or can i just put it back on since there is paste left from before.
if i need to reapply the paste/tape, what stuff do i need exactly? and what's easier? i'd rather use a tape than a paste if possible. thx in advance for any feedback.
