Question on SPD

I just installed 2 sticks of Crucial Memory (@ X 1GB) 240-in DDR2 SDRAM DDR-2 533 (PC2 4200). When I display CPU-Z is shows DDR 1 as: Frequency 200MHz, CAS# Latency 3.0, RAS to CAS# 3, RAS# Precharge 3, tRAS 9 and tRC 12.
It shows DDR2 as 266MHz, CAS# Latency 4.0, RAS to CAS# 4, RAS# Precharge 4, tRAS 12 and tRC 16. My question is, if this is a matched kit shouldn't the settings be the same or at least closer than this? Should I be concerned?
