Question on SPAM - Outlook

Currently there are a couple of people in my department in which it looks like SPAM has taken over their email accounts. Various other people in the company are getting PORN emails in which the FROM: header appears to be from one of my co-workers. Any suggestions on what to do?

Check with your IT person and see if your company POP3 account can be setup to prevent relaying.
