Will this fit on a Abit bh motherboard?

Pentium® III 700MHz SLOT1, 100MHz BUS, 256K Cache, SECC2 - OEM

I am looking to upgrade my cousins computer.

Is it a slot 1 motherboard (I assume it is because it's a BX)?
Does it support a 7x clock multiplier on a 100 MHz FSB (again I assume yes)?

If you answered "yes" to both questions it will work.

shouldn't matter as cpu is multiplier locked!
just depends if with the latest bios the m/board voltage regulator can supply the low default voltage required by cpu (1.65V for cBO &1.7V for cCO stepping).
IMO,a "safer" option if you can't get a definite answer regarding a SLOT 1 CPU is to use a fc-ppga cpu with a slocket on which you have some control of voltage.
