Question On Overclocking

Hey Im am going to get the Core 2 Duo. I am thinking on getting and Intel mobo and am wondering if the option in the Intel bios are cvlose to say an Asus. Will and intel let me set the option to overclock by 10 % or will i have to manually adjust the setting?
