I was looking for DUAL OCZ PC3200 Platinum Rev. 2

I seen on the web site it lists it as (Available in 512MB and a 1GB kits)

Cant seem to find the 512MB kit. Can someone suggest!

It doesn't come in 256MB stick flavors as of yet but they are thinking about it...You would be better of with 1 -512MB stick now and add another later anyways IMO

Buying 1 now and 1 later will more than likely be matched as the chips will prolly be the same...many run dual channel with different brands and it works. Plus you won't notice much of an improvement running DC on and NForce2 Mobo (if That's what you have) unless it has a Graphics integrated with the Mobo...

You don't need the dual channel pack to run dual channel. Any two identical sticks will do it, and often non-identical sticks of the same capacity. (This is a common newbie misconception; to clarify, dual channel is a property of the memory controller and not of your DIMMs.)

If on a budget, I'd rather have 1GB of value-oriented Corsair (2x512MB for $100) than 512MB of "fast RAM," which usually doesn't do too much for you.

I new i could get that already. I just wanted to save some money and get a 512MB Dual kit. As i already dropped $875 on other things. Didnt wanna spend another $280 for the 1 gig kit.

Very good price for memory of that quality. What memory are you currently running?
