Question on Excel

I want a particular cell to be formatted in such a way that if i slide down the worksheet that cell also needs to move down.
Does anybody how to it? thanks

thanks. I think thats what i needed.
The help menu says you can do 'freeze pane' even to a cell by selecting the cell which is right & below the cell you want to freeze. I tried that but it freezes the row instead of the cell alone.
I'll play around more & see what i can find.
