Are Dell's coupons always released in predictable cycles? For example, on the FW website, many of the Dell coupons are listed as expiring today. Will Dell always release new coupons as soon as the old ones expire, and does this always occur on the same day of the week? I thought I read once that they always release their new coupons on the same day every week, but so far a search of AT forums cannot confirm this.
