question, need help with hotswap, or reflash

i got a a7v mobo that i tried to flash it from 1009 to 1007
then when i tried to reboot it froze, and now whenever i tried to boot up, it has no response with the monitor, mouse, keyboard



good thing i have another system and also uses the asus chip, but it is older, model is P2L97

but both bios chip has the award sticker on it

does this mean i can hotswap it

and will it damage my working bios chip?
and how would i do this

i need to somehow flash the bad bios chip again
