Info Question Hyundai i30 wheel clicking noise

I have noise like clicks (not very loud) when I drive in a turn but it only happens that I drive left in a turn, not right nor straight. The screws of all wheels are tightened. what could it be?
Hyundai i30 model year 2013.
 
CV joints would be my first thing to check. Maybe also the wheel bearings at the same time. Either of those are more likely to exhibit noises under the stress of a turn than in straight-line movement.
