Would it be dishonourable for Prez. Obama to tell the outside (i.e. non-American) world that he believes Bush was wrong (and specifically mentioning his name as opposed to "America was wrong")?

The way I look at it is that its okay to disagree/argue/call out each other in your own circle (i.e. within America and talking to Americans) but calling out people who serviced the nation in foreign circles is a big no-no because its disrespecting their service to the nation (which > anything else).

Discuss.


NB: Not implying the O-man said anything of the like, just a "what if" scenario.

It serves no purpose, really.

The generic 'We screwed up' works fine - that Bush screwed it up worst than anyone else is strictly the purview of ATP&N.
