Question for you T-Mobile customers

Just curious - what phones do you guys currently have with that service? My Sprint employee plan has been nixed and I have a week to get a new phone. (I'm going to get my parents plan changed over to a Family plan and share minutes with them) I'm looking at a camera phone but just wanted to know what type of phones everyone here has, regardless, and how you rate it. Thanks 🙂

V300. I love it - it's durable, has a decent camera, and gets excellent reception. Oh and speakerphone is great.

I have a Nokia 6010 and while I'm moderately happy with it, I wouldn't necessarily recommend it. Everyone at work (I work at T-Mo) has either that small phone that can be a speakerphone too, or the little flip phone with the clock on front, so I presume they're pretty good.

apac - yea that's one of the ones I was looking at getting. It's good it has good reception 🙂 Speakerphone ehh?

Gonzo - I actually had a similar model to that with Sprint - nice phone as well. 🙂

Samsung E-715 - (This is the phone with the little clock on front that HotChic mentioned)

Excellent reception and conversation quality. Don't really use the camera. Nice phonebook. USB Data cable + samsung.howardforums.com = unlimited free ringtones (Right now I have a collection of 2995 on my desktop to pick from). Caller ID on the front display is awesome.

I wish the ring would be a little louder as its hard to hear in a crowded place when the phone is in my pocket, but a customized ringtone that adds vibration fixes this.

The only thing that this phone doesn't have is bluetooth, but I don't really miss it as I have the usb data cable.

By interface being slow, what did you mean?
The menus are slow sometimes, like if you push the navi stick up, there's a short delay before it moves. Sometimes it hangs completely and you sit there pushing buttons and all of a sudden it'll respond with all the button presses. It's pretty rare though.
