I'm considering using creatine in my workouts now that i've been lifting weights for a couple of months. I've heard about creatine 'cycling' but i've heard several methods of doing it (i.e. 1 month on, 1 month on versus 1 week on, 1 week off). What do you think is the most efficient way of doing it? Also, if anyone can recommend some good creatine, i'd appreciate it thanks
