Question for those that sell on ebay

I just listed an item to sell for the first time and I have a question:

How do you do a "Buy It Now" option? I looked everywhere and couldn't find any info about it. I think you're supposed to activate that option in the hidden options menu, but I can only find an option that makes you ask for immediate payment through paypal if somebody does the "buy it now" option on your item.

BIN means you set a price and anybody has the opportunity to buy it at the price

Some people do BIN... the auction will end and they might not pay or take a long time to pay.
When you do immediate payment... the buyer has to pay or the auction will not end and go through to him

I know what buy it now is. I want to know how I can give that option to possible buyers. It doesn't show up when I set my starting price.
