How good of friends are you with the neighbor to the left (as shown in photo)?

I don't think this would work at all - to have the boat lined up correctly in the drive, I would have to pull the truck all the way across the median and then back it it up. Basically if I pull my truck into the road, it will be taking up the whole width of the road, and the trailer will not have travelled forward far enough for the wheels to align straight. Reasonably I think if I did this, the trailer would end up diagonally in my front yard and probably bash into the light post.

The neighbor next to me is cool, but a tree (removable) and a fence (not removable) are not so cool.

If my dear departed engineer grandfather is to be believed, a come along is any tool that gets the job done. Normally his choice was a block and tackle, which I would recommend for you.

Or just pull hard; I'm not sure what slight incline means, but if you really mean 'slight' then 2-3 people can move it easily with or without any sort of 'come-along'.

From the picture, it looks difficult but certainly not impossible to simply back the trailer in with your Jeep. If I were you, I'd put the boat in the water, haul the empty trailer back to your house and give it a go, just to see. (That way you have a light trailer which will easily make it over the curb, you don't have to worry about damaging anything, et cetera.)

With any luck you'll find that it's not impossible. And if you DO find that it absolutely will not work, no harm done.
