I run 2003 on my computer at work. Vista runs IIS 7 which doesn't play nice with the software we run.

We are moving to Vista in '09 I did a costs analysis of not getting our next batch of new computers with Vista on it pre-loaded, and it was about 3000 loss if i recall correctly. I might try to push them into the next batch of 20 to have Vista so that we can be more ready when we move everyone.
We are moving to Office 07 next year, and testing on a small group within the month. I'm looking forward to all the "emergencies" we'll have when someone doesn't have the format converter installed.

I've been using Office 07 for over a year... not really impressed. The ribbon system makes everything harder to use.

We have no plans to move to Vista and new machines still come with XP.
We sat down and tried to find a reason to justify moving to Vista and couldn't do it. The cost of Vista itself is only about 10% of the total cost to change, with the rest coming from having to upgrade machines to handle Vista's requirements, the labor hours to install it and train users, an expected 10x increase in help desk calls and a loss of productivity. We have dozens of people who write their own code to do things and for every one of those programs that Vista breaks, something will take longer than it used to.
Down the road I think we'll lump Vista in with Windows ME when talking about OS flops. MS seems to be completely stunned by the resistance of businesses to move to Vista, when it should have been obvious there are just way too many existing apps that do not work with Vista.
