I switched to different cigarettes so I could "break my stride" I even tried Pall Malls with no filters so I could disgust myself even more with smoking. Unfiltered smoke and little bits of tobacco in your mouth is not pleasant at all. Eventually I moved to buying loose tabacco and rolling papers. This made smoking more of a chore since I now had to roll every stoge. It wasnt possible to just grab one while I was driving. And it was sometimes strange to smoke rolled stoges in public, sine you get looks from everyone thinking you are getting high instead. I still smoke every now and then, but no more chain smoking and no more habit...I'm more of a social smoker nowadays.

In all that time I don't think I ever coughed up anything brown or black. My tongue was brown though.:disgust:
