My brother is 3 years older than me. He gave me a copy of his driver's license for my 18th birthday. Lets just say I drank alot for free for the next 3 years, being one of the only ones in the group that could buy.

Best part is that it was real, so it passed any scan/blacklight, etc.
 
Yes, I've used one. You'll need to qualify "wrong" before I answer that one. It's obviously against the law, is that 'wrong'? Maybe. I used my twin brother's ID once because I lost mine. I was obviously old enough but it wasn't my ID. Is that wrong?
 
alright...i got mine confiscated tonight 🙁 it was terribly made but it has worked for 2 months...i accendently had a id with my real name on it 🙁
 
I had a full beard at 13 so I could get into R movies on my own without ID. That's the only thing I ever did that needed ID in theory...never smoked, didn't drink, etc.
 
I typed a false birth date on my own HS ID back when the drinking age was 18. The ID didn't have a birth date on so I added one.
 
Yes, sort of. In Illinois when you get a ticket, they actually take your DL and give you a carbon copy of the ticket. I penciled the 1982 to look like 1980 to get a tattoo when I was 20. Yes, in this fucking retarded state you have to be 21 (or have parents consent even though you are an adult) to get a tattoo.

I also used another person's ID to get into a bar a few times.
 
No, I could buy alcohol legally at 18, so I didn't have much problems. And my friends' parents just bought it before that.

heh my bro did the same for me. he was 5 years older and i just used his ID no problems
 
Nope. The one time in my life I did anything that warranted getting carded (going to some club on the insistence of some co-workers), I got some really suspicious looks from the guy looking at my (completely legitimate) license. I was 23 at the time.

 
No, I've never used a fake ID. Yes, it is wrong to do so because it's a form of lying.

I'm fine with underaged drinking, just don't see the reason to have a fake ID. It was so much more fun befriending older people to buy us booze or heading out to private parties. Alcohol really lost its charm when I hit 21...
 
I didn't use a fake per se... I used a spare drivers license from a guy who was over 21 to get into a club and strip joint a few times. The bouncers usually check the id but rarely looks at you to see if you're the same guy. It works especially well if you're in a group of 21+'s and you're like the 3rd to last to go in, after checking the first few, they just pretty much don't care anymore. I was 19-20.
