Ummm, could you guys recommend some shaving products to help combat razor burn due to shaving areas other than my face.I used my standard Aveeno shaving cream and Mach3 razor to shave a region other than my face and now the aforementioned region looks like a 13year old adolsescent pimply face. To sum up I want products to use during/ after the shaving to hinder razor burn.
Should I forget about shaving altogether and just go with the wax. God that sounds painful, but the results do seem better.

all jokes may be pmed to me.Please dont f up my thread.

Mach 3 is really the best razor out there, IMHO.

30min - 1 hour after shaving, apply lotion (cocoa butter preferable) to the shaved area, to keep it moisturized and to prevent ingrown hairs.

No, I am not a lady.

When I use a razor to shave *that* place that is not my armpits or legs, I get the same reaction. Can't help you there. I've found that electric razors for trimming really short but not completely off works better if I really don't want the 'bumps' (but isn't as smooth.) They'll heal up much faster if you exfoliate a day later (use one of those scratchy puffy things). I usually do that.
