Every dollar you spend you get 5 cents. Once you hit $50 you ask them for a cheque, and you then have $50 cash. It only works on supermarkets, gas, pharmacies.

I don't think so. Only grocery stores, drug stores and gas stations get you 5% back. All other stores give you just 1% back.
