Question: Do these students look dumb?

Is it possible to estimate one's intelligence from a picture.
These students are going to a University of California campus, but somehow there's just something wrong.

You decide.

I'm not sure about a picture, but it's certainly possible to gauge someone's intelligence from a post - and your grammar indicates that you're a moron.

It's a good thing I'm not your doctor.

The guy in the front right looks totally chopped in heh. Must have been late for the photo shoot or the one taking the picture. Maybe he inserts himself in every years portrait. 😛

Haha...wow I just noticed that.

To tell you the truth, it's really hard judging how smart someone is by looking at them. I have a few friends, long hair, never comb it, they smoke weed, sag their shorts, and the typical look of a 'street kid.' But when it comes to school, straight A's, going to Princeton U, and all that. It's crazy...

Your mama too.

As a matter of fact, these are some of the most pathetic and dumb-looking students I have ever laid eyes on. When the University of California, Riverside was officially opened, it was designed to allow the mentally handicapped the chance to attend a "U.C." school. The letters "UCR" originally stood for U.C. Retardation, however, students with IQ's in the 70-80 range protested because they weren't technically "retarded." Thus, the school's name was changed to "Riverside," to attract more non-retarded-but-still-mentally-incapacitated high school students. As you can see in this photograph, the university's mission statement has not changed.
