So a judge just shot down Trump's obviously unconstitutional ban on birthright citizenship which the Constitution explicitly guarantees.

Which got me thinking...why isn't there a version of the 5th circuit where every liberal/progressive organization filed lawsuits so that conflicting cases will end up at SCOTUS? Or does that only work when SCOTUS is on your side?
Generally speaking the rest of the judicial branch is the 'liberal 5th circuit'. The 5th (and now the SC) are the outliers.

The 9th circuit has generally been the left leaning appeals circuit for quite a while. Just not as ridiculously so as the current 5th.

So they can answer the call to fight in the streets with the rest of the democRats?

I like Demoncrats better. It's pretty much what you Trumpers have been conditioned to think of us liberals as anyway, so I can own that and be proud about it 'cuz jus' like laser eyes Dark Brandon, it got that pep in its step, the bop in its hop, the gliiiiiiide in its stride, knowwutuhmean? Your version.....wellllll, to be honest, it still needs a little work.
