Question: Defrag RAID0?

I've got a RAID0 array of 2x1TB Seagate drives that I use for temp video storage (game captures mostly). The videos stay there long enough for me to decide whether I want to use them or not - those that I do are edited and then uploaded to YouTube, those that I don't, I delete. (I actually end up deleting all of them, as I only keep the edited, compressed versions that I upload. The editing candidates just last longer.)

Should I defrag that drive from time to time?

I'm not noticing any lag, delays or loss of performance or other problems, just thinking about housekeeping.

Yes, absolutely. With Auslogics

You should defrag a RAID0 array just as often as you would any other, i.e. don't worry about it. Vista and above will do automatic defrags while the computer is idle. Doing anything more is pretty much pointless.
