Question: Best CPU for a BX motherboard?

What's the best CPU for a BX Motherboard? I'm looking to upgrade my parent's Dell Dimension (currently running a PII 400).

If it's a Dimension XPSr series machine it can take any coppermine P3 up to 1Ghz. Go here:
