They are internal USB headers. Check it out in the manual
They are common for front-mounted usb-ports on your case, or you could also get a usb bracket and mount it in one of the case slots for added rear usb ports.

Thanks for the help,it arrived today and it was in the package backwards and some of them pins are bent....
