Question about XP professional

When I go to manage account page, there are 3 accounts:
1. My account (computer administrator)
2. Guest account (turned off)
3. ASP.NET machine A.... account

My question is, is the ASP.NET machine A supposed to exist? What is it? I didn't create it, and I'm the only user of this computer so I don't think anybody else could've created this account...

Any input please?

That account is created I believe when you install the .NET framework, and allows .NET programs to be run, using the permissions given to that account

It comes from the .Net framework you installed from Windows Update. Just delete it, I did.

So basically if I delete the account, it won't affect my primary account, or the os as a whole, right??
