Question about WinMe

I have installed this OS...I had O/Cing problems and thought OS was problem was using W98 1st edition...

Anyway....If I turn off the registry check in system configuration start up tab...what are the downside to this if my system becomes unstable?

Second which of these be turned off as well.. from System Configuration start up tab

My system will o/c to higher speeds if the registry checker on boot is off

Turn off all of them. It won't harm anything, on the contrary, it will improve your overall performance.
