Question about what mobo and cpu to buy please help

Hi guys I have about 200 or so to spend on a mobo and cpu, I like to overclock but thats not a must, anyways what would you recommend interms of what kind of mobo and cpu I should get thx a lot for any help.
oh by the way I got an Asus P2B board right now running a celery 333@416, do I need to drop the mobo or can I still get a new chip in there without buying another board. Its a slot1 board by the way

I'm pretty sure that you can just upgrade the CPU. However, since it is a BX board, it does not have the proper dividers to get you up to 133FSB without putting all your components out of spec.

I would prolly get a PIII 700E and see how far I can push it.
