Question about voting....

do you have to fill out the entire ballot, or can you just vote for stuff that you actually care about?

You can vote for the person's or amendments that you want to vote for and leave the rest blank. That is probably the best way to vote, since there is usually something or someone on the ballot that the voter is not aware of, Voting blindly in my opinion is worse than not voting at all... especially on amendments. I usually vote for most things on the ballot, but there are always a few things I leave blank.
