Was the video out cable from this card S-video to RCA, or was it just S-video to S-video?

Is there a way to make an S-video to RCA cable?

Try here. They have lots of cables (s-video to s-video, s-video to VCR, etc.). They are, however, a little pricey.

I'm pretty sure the cable that came with the voodoo3 3000 was an s-video to s-video cable. At one time, ATI had some cables in their online store--one of which was an s-video to RCA cable--that were more moderatly priced. However, I couldn't find them on there recently.
