I've been having weird clock issues with my 5900SE, like several other users have had on here. One pretty consistent theme someone pointed out was a 300W PSU was being used by most of the people who had that problem. What should my voltages be running at to determine if I'm underpowered? I'm not too up on the voltages and power supply issues so any help is appreciated.
 
i would reccomend a higher wattage PSU.... minimum requirements are 300W on ATI.. i dont know about nV, i would bet theyre the same... minimum requirements = not enough. Would you run 128MBDDR on winxp? those are the minimum requirements... think about it logically =)

That definitely makes sense to me. How much do I need? Will a 400W suffice?
