Question about Video/Audio Capturing

I just purchased a hauppauge WinTV-Radio card and im trying it out, the only way i can hook it up atm, is the normal Screw-on Coax Cable, and run a Audio Out(Capture Card) to Line-In(Sound Card) to record the audio. BUT when i stream the video on my computer, the audio is EXTREMELY LOW, all my audio mixer's are MAXED on Playback and Recording, Anyone have any idea?!
