Question about Via KX-133 onboard audio and Soyo SY-K7VIA

First, what type of onboard audio do KX-133 boards use? I'm assuming it is probably is stereo sound blaster emulation or something like that. How good is it, and if I were to disable it is there jumpers or does it automatically get bypassed if the board detects a sound card in a pci slot?

Second, does anyone know how good the Soyo SY-K7VIA board is? I can't find a review for it on Anandtech. I won't be overclocking, since it is for my girlfriend.

1. Here is where you can find a review of the K7via:
http://active-hardware.com/english/reviews/mainboard/sy-k7via.htm
2. I have one sitting on the shelf waiting for cpu. It might take a few
weeks before I upgrade my MSI-6182 (Intel 810 cd-100 chipset).
3. My experience with onboard sound (not that of K7via) is quit good.
I let my 18 year old son choose between onboard sound and Criative
64 pci board , and he could not find any difference, but this is only my limited experience
