question about using notepad.. then saving as html

i made a notepad file and saved as html.

i made it so frames come up in one window going to the same webpage.

however is there anyway I can make the address bar show the website's address instead of C:\Documents and Settings\ etc...?

Not unless you run a web server on your computer
