What exactly does Output Power Capacity and Nominal Output Voltage mean on Uninterruped Power Supplies?

Output is watts available to run stuff, so you can tell if it will support your 21" monitor and desktop, and your
microwave, and your wifes vibrator all at once.

Nominal voltage is under worst condition, it will still supply, say 100V which is in spec for 120V mains.
