I recently got a T-bird 1333 MHz, 0.18 micron, 266 FSB. The pencil trick on the L1 bridges would work on this chip, right?

I think you can do the pencil trick on everything prior to the organic substrate packaging. IE Brown/Green packages.
 
If it's a true T Bird, then yes the pencil will work. Don't know how much more you can get since it's already pretty much the top retail (1400 was as high as those went).
