Question about University of Michigan

I have heard rumors that UMich has a flat tuition rate, specificially for grad students. Is this true? Does anyone have a link with more info? I tried searching for it on Google but all I found were some news reports that are not 100% certain.

I know a lot of ATers attend UMich so I thought I would ask here. Thanks in advance.
