Question about tinting

I picked up my car at the tint place here in town yesterday, and it looked pretty good. It took them a long time, but it was a 100% improvement over what it did look like. It was raining pretty hard, and it was pretty cold yesterday.
This morning, I get up for work and was looking at my tint, and there are some small bubbles in it, may'be 1/2 inch by 1/2. May'be bigger. Just a few of those, and also some smaller ones up at the top of the glass. Is this normal after a tintjob? Will the sun's heat take care of those bubbles in time? Or should I bring the car back to them now before it gets too dry so they can fix it?

Hmmm....I would call the tint place and see what they have to say.

I probably will. I actually had to go over there this morning and drop off a cellphone someone left in my car. And they left tint pieces on my back seat.

Hmmm.....extra cell phone + tint in your car. Doesn't sound like a very high quality place if you ask me. Those bubbles aren't normal and I'd say bring it back as soon as possible

I managed to push the air pockets out, since it is still wet underneath the tint. But I have a about 4 or 5 inches amount of black ceramic dots at the top of the window, and alot of air pockets between them. I was reading about the ceramic dots, and sometimes the air pockets between them are unavoidable. I will have to mess with it later.

Here's a thought - STOP MESSING WITH IT. Don't pop the air bubbles or push it out yourself. You took it to a place to get it tinted, they didn't do a good job (or nature messed it up, either or). Keep messing with it and they can say they won't fix it.

The ceramic dots - there still shouldn't be bubbles. Most installers either sand the dots off, or they put a strip across it so the tint is put over a flat surface. Or they tint over the dots to the point that no bubbles show up.

took a week for all the bubbles to go away on my tint job. unless they're seriously huge i would give it a few days

I talked to the owner, I asked him if the air between the ceramic dots will go away, and he said the the air bubbles will go away after about 3 days of being left in the sun. He said basically just keep it in the sun as much as possible and the heat will take care of it.
I know who I talked to, so I hope he didn't lie to me.
I checked the BBB, and they had a good standing with them. They have been a member since 1985.
