okay from left to right.
wireless, number lock, caps lock, hard-drive, ?, power, suspend.

whats that one inbetween hard drive and power. it looks like a crooked Z. Mine is always on.

The crooked Z as you put it is the Power indicator...
The one your listing as power is actually battery.
