Question about the movie Payback w/ Mel Gibson

In that movie, they setup the car accident where they drive head-on into the other car. If you properly strapped yourself in, wore mouth guards and helmets, etc., would that actually be feasible to walk away from something like that??

At a low enough speed yes. Especially if you catch them off guard and theey do not wear seat belts. Those old cars are tanks.

Sure, especially if the other car is much smaller or travelling at a much lower speed than your car.
