Question about the material a HS is made out of

Ok, I am looking for a HS/F for my socket 939 3200+. I am currently looking at the Zalman HS/F's. Now one of them is made up of copper & aluminum and it is $40.99. Now there is another one that is made out of only copper which is $44.99.

Now my question is, is the copper better for a HS?

they both cool very well from everything i've seen. i'm running the 7000b alcu, it's pretty nice.

Copper is generally better, but it is a lot more expensive. That's one reason you see aluminum HS's with copper cores.

If you are looking at the 7000 Series, then the all copper version isn't better than the hybrid version, numerous reviews have shown that. (there's a good one at silentpcreview.com). If you're talking about the new 120mm 7700 series, I have not seen any comparison reviews between the two versions yet but I am guessing that the performance difference will be very small as well.
