Which program is the most accurate in monitoring the temp of the CPU and video card?

The software doesn't matter, it's the accuracy of the hardware you want to think about.

Probably depends on what brand of motherboard you have.

See if your motherboard manufacturer has a temperature utility. This would probably give you the best/most accurate figures.

It's a gigabyte motherboard. I don't see one on their site.

Then I would recommend "Everest"

i use mbm5 for everything except the video card, and the nvidia utility for vc temps. you could also use rivatuner for the VC.

Is it accurate?

It says that the CPU is 32 degrees
GPU is 45 degrees.

The bios says that the CPU is 32 degrees but the nvidia's pannel says the GPU is 55 degrees.
